received the following announcement:

"The Bishop has accepted the resignation of the Reverend William J. Ritchie as
Incumbent of the Tullow Group of Parishes taking effect on 1st October.
William would like to thank all who supported and encouraged him over the past four years
and wishes the parishes every possible blessing in the future."
